Fulbridge Social Care’s temporary Residential Support Workers are trained, vetted and completely compliant in accordance to OFSTED / DFE / CQC regulations, prior to any offers of short, contract or long-term placements.

Fulbridge Social Care is committed to supporting and developing its workforce through our comprehensive range of Social Care Training Courses. We are able to provide our clients with Residential Support Worker’s that have the skills and knowledge to work successfully and proactively with young people or adults with challenging behaviour and complex needs safely and professionally.

Prior to any placement, a shift confirmation will be forwarded via email which will confirm booked hours and the name of the Residential Support Worker’s, along with the RSWs enhanced DBS and a detailed candidate profile which will show photo ID, training undertaken, qualifications, restraint specialism, previous relevant experience and references can also be forwarded if requested as we understand this is a growing OFSTED / DFE / CQC requirement.
