Training Manager

Duties

You will develop and deliver customised in-house training for Fulbridge Social Care. The training courses will be developed in accordance with Ofsted / CQC.

The training manager will provide internal and external training nationwide.

The training manager will ensure all new courses are CDP accredited.

The training manager will deliver training in a classroom and online via teams.

The training manager will ensure all courses are updated and in-line with current legislation.

The training manager will develop new business opportunities.

The training manager will provide training to external clients.

The training manager will keep the Fulbridge training matrix updated.

The training manager will manage and assess Diploma qualifications for both internal and external staff teams.

The training manager will undertake further training when required.

The training manager will deliver First Aid internally and externally.

The training manager will deliver Team Teach to internal staff teams.

The training manager will manage the Fulbridge Training website

The training manager will arrange with hr, training dates, virtual logins and locations.

The training manager will be responsible for sourcing new training opportunities.

The training manager will contribute accordingly to the running of a working office.

The training manager will undertake other reasonable duties which the employer may decide.

Hours of work

The Employee’s working hours are 3 days over 7 per week, hours are 9am – 5pm.  The Employee may be required to work such further hours as may be necessary to fulfil his duties or the needs of the business.

Place of work

The Training Managers office and training suite will be based in Peterborough.

Requirements

Candidates will be required to have the necessary experience and qualifications to undertake the role.
